We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Items will be noted as "In Store" pickup only if this is the case.
We offer Free USPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $75. International orders above $75 will receive a $15 shipping credit.
Orders below $75 will be charged $7.95 for Flat Rate USPS Ground Shipping.
Additional shipping requests must be mentioned in order notes and/or via Contact Us form prior to shipment of your order.
We gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as tags are still attached, and/or box is included if the return includes shoes. Item must be in new condition, and unused and unworn. Any signs of wear will cause the return/exchange to be rejected and the customer will forfeit the item, shipping cost, and refund amount of the item.
Due to the small nature of our business, the customer is required to pay cost of insurance (if necessary), cost of return, and cost of exchange shipping on any return/exchange. We appreciate your understanding and your help in our business's growth.
To Return/Exchange an Item
1. Send us an email using the form below, or through our Contact Us page, which contains your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and how we can resolve this issue, whether it be store credit, refund, or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please clarify which size you would like to exchange for. We can only exchange items for different sizes, not colors, or different items.
2. Send the item to the address below with your original packing slip, in the original packaging, if possible, using whichever postal service is easiest for you. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all acceptable.

3. You should expect to receive your refund/exchange item within 10 days of our warehouse receiving your item, providing the exchange item is in stock and/or the returned item is in acceptable condition. We will contact you if there are any delays or issues with your return/exchange. You will be issued a refund if the item you wished to exchange for is out of stock when we receive your exchange at our warehouse. Please be sure we have all your contact information for speedy handling.
We will email you a copy of your receipt and new shipping information if applicable.
Refund must be received within 30 days of return/exchange request to be accepted.
